Well, at least we think so.

Supposedly Benjamin Franklin said this about wine or beer, which may be true as well.

What would it take to convince you that God exists and knows you well enough to know those things that make you happy? For Ben it was some wine (or beer), for others it’s a sunrise and still for others it’s time in prayer and meditation. What is it for you?

Definie happiness. Is it a good career? The perfect relationship? Six-pack abs?

We really were created to be happy. We weren’t created for pain, sadness and struggle. Because God loves us, he wants what is best for us - he wants us to have a friendship with us on a personal level.

You may think that this is too deep for a website advertized on a coffee sleeve, and we’d tend to agree. On the other hand every good thing is ultimately a gift from God and every part of our lives is wrapped up in the spiritual.

Coffee is naitive to Ethiopia and was supposedly discovered by a shepherd that noticed his sheep were far more “frisky” when they ate from a certain bush’s berries.

Coffee’s popularity is closely related to revolutionary ideas and movements. During the French Revolution the monarchy actually outlawed coffee shops because of this.

Each year some 7 million tons of green beans are produced world wide. Most of which is hand picked.

In the 16th century Pope Clement VIII blessed coffee as a “holy” drink. It has been used for centuries by monks to help them stay awake during long periods of prayer.

October 1st is the official Coffee Day in Japan.

Coffee is not grown anywhere in the United States except Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

Coffee is the second most traded commodity in the world (oil is the first.)

Worldwide, more 1400 millions cups of coffee are consumed every day.
